See this failed message when you are trying to print your PDFs? 

 

Try these steps to fix it:

  1. Go to System Settings. Click Printers & Scanners.



 

  1. Right click(two fingers on mouse pad) in the white space. Reset printing system will pop up. Click that once then press “Reset.”

 

3. Don’t stress, it is supposed to be blank. Click “add printer, scanner, or fax”. Scroll down until you find “pasd kyocera queue” and press “Add”.




 

4. Print your item you want to print. It will ask for your password one time to finalize the setup to print and click the box to remember you for the next time! 




 

Still getting the error? 

Download Adobe Reader instead of using Apple Preview. 

 

You can download Adobe Reader from https://get.adobe.com/reader/. After installing Reader, you can print your document to a PDF and then right click to open with Adobe Reader.
