Please follow the steps below:

1. Dial 8999 from your phone and enter your password (12345 is the default password).

2. Press 4 to change your password from the default. After pressing 4, enter your new password followed by the # sign. You will need to enter your password twice.

3. Press 0 to record a greeting and your name or your name, title, and department. The system will attach your recorded name to its default unavailable and busy greetings.

If you chose to record your personal unavailable greeting, you must also record your name and busy greeting, which is used when you are on a call.

4. Follow the systems recorded prompts/instructions for making, stopping, listening and saving your recordings.
