How to customize your Quick Dial Keys

On your browser go to phones.pasd.us

Log in using your first_last name and your email password.

This is your Switchvox portal where you can set up and customize some of your new phone’s features.

To customize your quick dial keys, Go to Features, then Phone Features.

Click the Rapid Dial Favorites tab.

Click Add Extension to add an internal extension to your quick dial, you can click to add an external contact to add an outside number to your quick dial keys.  Any contacts added as external contacts will be added to the directory and be visible/available to everyone in the district.

To add someone’s extension to your quick dial keys, click add extensions.

On the screen shown, choose extensions you would like to add from the list on the left, then click the right arrow to move them to the list on the right.  The list on the right are the extensions that will be assigned to your quick dial buttons.

Click Submit when you’re finished adding extensions.

You will now see those extensions listed as your rapid dial entries.  You can click and drag the double headed arrows to place the contacts in the order you’d like them to be in.

The extensions listed will now show on your phone assigned to the quick dial buttons.  It can take a few minutes for the changes to show on your phone.
