Apple TV Troubleshooting

If your Apple TV is not working, please remember that all PASD classrooms have either a HDMI or VGA option to hardwire the Apple TV. Simply connect your dock to the appropriate cable.

 

To troubleshoot your Apple TV, please do the following before putting in a Tech Ticket:

-Make sure your iPad or laptop is connected to the correct wifi (Not Guest wifi!)

-Check to make sure you are connecting to the right Apple TV

-Check to make sure the Apple TV is actually on

-Unplug and plug in the Apple TV
