Connecting to an AppleTV is via easy when using any of your Apple devices. The directions below will walk you through connecting from district provided MacBook or iPad.

Connecting from your MacBook

1. In the top-right corner of your screen click on the AirPlay icon
2. From the list of AppleTV's, choose the one you wish to connect to
3. If the AppleTV is setup with an Airplay Code, enter it when prompted. The AppleTV will display the Airplay Code on the screen of the TV or projector, so you need to make sure it is turned on.

Connecting from your iPad

1. Swipe up from the bottom of the screen to reveal the Control Center
2. Touch the Screen Mirroring button
3. Find the AppleTV you wish to connect to and choose
4. If the AppleTV is setup with an Airplay Code, enter it when prompted. The AppleTV will display the Airplay Code on the screen of the TV or projector, so you need to make sure it is turned on.
