How to use Papercut Web Print

The district offers the ability to send print jobs to the Print Queue via the web if you are on a computer that is not setup on the districts domain. Following the directions below will allow you to successfully print while in the district.

 

  1. Open the URL http://papercut.pasd.us:9191/user
  2. Sign in with your district provide Username and Password (for district employees it is the same username and password you use to sign into your computer)
  3. Click Web Print
  4. Click Submit a Job
  5. Choose the printer papercut\PASD Kyocera Queue (virtual) and then click 2. Print Options and Account Selection
  6. Set the number of copies and click Upload Document
  7. Upload your document and then click Upload & Complete

 

Now that your have uploaded your print jobs to the Queue you will need to release them for printing.

 

Releasing your Print Job(s)

  1. Go to any Kyocera MFP in the district
  2. Enter your personal printer pincode
  3. Release each or all job(s) you wish to print
