PowerTeacher - Printing Report Cards

Elementary teachers should utilize the directions below to print report cards for their home room at the end of Trimester 1 and Trimester 2. Report cards for Trimester 3 will be printed by the building office.

 

In PowerTeacher…

  1. Click on the Printer icon associated with your Home Room
  2. From the dropdown choose the correct report card for the grade level and term
    • Example - 5th grade, Trimester 1 = Grade 1 RC - T1
  3. Click Submit (This will submit the report and take you to the Report Queue screen)
  4. After about 30 seconds, click on the Refresh button to see if the report is done running. Once it is done you will see a link to View the report. Click on the link View to open and view the report
  5. Look over the report for accuracy. If everything looks good, you are ready to send the report to the printer.
  6. In the File menu, click File > Print
  7. Choose the printer you wish to send the report to (most cases this is the PASD Kyocera Print Queue)
  8. Go to any Kyocera MFP, sign in with your code, and release the job.

 

What if I need to print a Report Card for only one student?

  1. Click on the Backpack icon associated with your Home Room
  2. Click on the name of the student you wish to work with
  3. From the dropdown choose Print A Report
  4. From the dropdown choose the correct report card for the grade level and term
    1. Example - 5th grade, Trimester 1 is Grade 1 RC - T1
  5. Click Submit (This will submit the report and take you to the Report Queue screen)
  6. After about 30 seconds, click on the Refresh button to see if the report is done running. Once it is done you will see a link to View the report. Click on the link View to open and view the report
  7. Look over the report for accuracy. If everything looks good, you are ready to send the report to the printer.
  8. In the File menu, click File > Print
