Use the directions below if you get the error below when trying to launch SwiftK12 from within PowerSchool.

Clear your Cache/Cookies

1. Select Preferences from the Safari menu or hold down the Command key and the comma key at the same time (Command+,).
2. Go to the Privacy tab.
3. Click the Remove All Website Data button to remove all stored website data OR you can click on search for the particular site and only remove it. For SwiftK12 you can search for: swfitreach.com

Enable third party cookie access

1. Go to the Privacy Tab
2. Uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking. Unchecking this checkbox enables the use of third party cookies. Apple refers to the setting differently than all the other browsers
