If your Microsoft products will not let you save anything, and clicking the activate button does nothing, then you may need to remove your license and re-add it.

Follow these simple steps to run the tool:

• Go to self-service (go to launchpad, find the cougar emblem, click it)
• Click the category labeled Utilities on the left hand side
• Find Office removal tool and run the application
• Launch any Microsoft product
• You will be prompted to sign in
• Use your pasd.us email address and password
• Select Work/School account
• You have now activated your Microsoft products
• Enjoy said products
