Outlook sorts Spam email into a Junk Email folder. The system isn’t perfect so please review your folder periodically. The folder is located below your Deleted Items folder:

If you find an email in your Junk folder that should be in your regular inbox, you can change that. To do so, open the email and choose “Mark as Not Junk”. This will move the email to your regular inbox.
