How to Schedule Send an Email

Outlook allows you to schedule an email to be sent at a later time. Once they are scheduled, they will remain in your draft folder until the time you choose to release them. To do so, follow these steps:

 

Outlook App:

Compose your email and hit the down arrow button next to Send. Choose “Schedule Send”.

 

Choose your date and time and click “Ok”.

 

Outlook Webmail:

Compose your email and click the dropdown arrow. Choose “Schedule Send”.

 

 

Choose either of the times listed and click send or click “Custom Time” which will bring up this menu:

Choose your time and click “Send”.
