In order to adapt to changing security threats, we will be implementing a new SSO (single sign-on) for all staff laptops. Please follow the directions below. This whole process should be completed in one session. Please do not partially complete the below steps or you may lose access to your device.

  • Navigate to Self-Service and search for connect

  • You will be presented with three options. Please click the Jamf Connect and demobilization install application. Then click the Run me first button.

  • You may receive a popup to allow System Events. Please click Allow.

  • If you receive a pop-up about your password being out of sync, please enter your login password into the jamf connect box on the desktop

  • You will be prompted to logout. Please logout.

  • After completing the prior step, run the remaining application called Jamf Connect Launch Agent Installer. Click the Run me last button.

  • After the application is run, you will be forced to logout again. Upon logout, your new login window will look similar to the screen shot below. Please note: you will now be signing in using your full email address and email password and will need to MFA in order to login.
