How to setup Mail, Contacts, and Calendar on a mobile device

iOS Devices (iPhone and iPad)

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Swipe down, Find, and Tap Passwords & Accounts
  3. Tap Add Account
  4. Tap Exchange
  5. Enter your work email address (the description should set itself to Exchange)
  6. Tap Next
  7. A message will appear on your screen. Tap Sign In.
  8. Tap Work or School account
  9. Enter the same password you use for signing into your computer and/or E-mail.
  10. Tap any items you wish NOT to sync to your device. (Most users Sync all 5 options)
  11. Tap Save

Android Devices

  1. Open Email app
  2. Click on Add New Account
  3. Type in your email credentials and Select “Sign in”
  4. Select Microsoft Exchange ActiveSync
  5. Everything should fill in automatically, Touch “Apply” on the “Apply security settings” popup
  6. Customize your settings under Manual Setup
  7. Select “Activate”
