When trying to view a Google Assignment in Schoology, such as a Google Slide document you could receive the following error:
{"errors":{"detail":"Failed to retrieve provider email for current user","source":{"exception":"Exception"}}}
To fix this issue please follow the steps below...
- Logout of all Google Accounts on their devices
- Clear the cache and delete cookies on the browser
- Navigate to the assignment and copy and paste the following link in the browser;
https://lti-submission-google.app.schoology.com/authorize/logout
