If you try to access SwiftReach inside PowerSchool School or PowerTeacher and receive an error message indicating your session may have expired, try the fix below.
Safari Web Browser - You need to able third party cookie access, do the following:
- Go to the Privacy Tab
- Uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking. Unchecking this checkbox enables the use of third party cookies.
- Click the Managed Website Data...
- Click Remove All
- Close Safari, reopen, and try again SwiftReach again
