SwiftReach Error - Your Session may have expired

If you try to access SwiftReach inside PowerSchool School or PowerTeacher and receive an error message indicating your session may have expired, try the fix below.

 

Safari Web Browser - You need to able third party cookie access, do the following:

  1. Go to the Privacy Tab
  2. Uncheck Prevent cross-site tracking. Unchecking this checkbox enables the use of third party cookies.
  3. Click the Managed Website Data...
  4. Click Remove All
  5. Close Safari, reopen, and try again SwiftReach again
