Creating a Teams Meeting from Outlook for the Web
  1. Goto your Calendar
  2. Click the button to add a    New Event  
  3. Fill out the New Event Form as you would for any event. Be sure to complete the Title, Invite Attendees, Date, and Time. Attendees can be individuals or groups from the address book.
  4. To make it a Teams meeting, set the location to Teams by setting the Teams toggle to the ON position (it will turn blue) 
  5. Click Save

 

Once saved a virtual meeting URL will be added to the meeting and sent to all Attendees.
